Many sections of Clean Capital Network require you to have an email address, username and password. The information given during registration is used only by this site and will not be passed on by us to other companies.

Clean Capital Network uses cookies to prevent you from needing to log on each time you visit the site. Each time you request a page, your browser will send us cookie information which allows us to recognise that you have already logged in. Cancellations and Registration Policy

The Clean Capital Network Ltd (TCCN) will not provide refunds for cancellations. Invoiced sums are payable in full in advance or at the event. Should you be unable to attend you may propose a substitute delegate from the same organisation, who must be approved by TCCN. TCCN reserves the right to reject any registrants or substitutes if it believes they do not meet the criteria for event attendees. TCCN's decision in this matter is final.

Programme Amendments

TCCN reserves the right to alter the programme without notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or the alteration of the dates of the event. Whilst every effort will be made to make sure The Clean Capital Champagnebox Event (TCCCE) meets the expectation of participants, TCCN makes no guarantee about the quality of the event or number of attendees.

Data Protection Act

The information you provide will be held on the TCCN database. It will not be released in full to third parties unconnected with TCCN without your express permission. However, TCCN reserves the right to use the names and logos of the organisations to which registrants and attendees belong and their names (but not their contact details) in communications or promotions relating to TCCCE.

Behaviour

TCCN reserve the right to remove event attendees from TCCCE in case of unreasonable and unsuitable behaviour.

Loss

TCCN does not retain responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event and for any other loss incurring to attendees in connection with the event.

Payment terms

Payment terms are either prior to the event via an online payment system, or payment on the door.

Copyright

By registering for TCCCE, you are agreeing that all pictures, videos and transcripts taken at TCCCE are the property of TCCN and can be used for future promotional and marketing activities.

Photography Disclaimer

Photographs and video footage ("Photography") of those attending The Clean Capital Champagnebox Event (TCCCE), held monthly, may be taken by, or on behalf of, TCCN or one of TCCN's Event Partners, including Clean Capital LLP (together, "Event Partners") or by any person contracted for that purpose with the Event Partners (a "Professional Photographer").

Event Partners and any such Professional Photographer may use any and all such Photography in all and any media for use in any jurisdiction for their respective business purposes including publications, broadcasts, internet streaming or promotional materials ("Materials") or on Event Partners' websites (collective "Exploitation Rights") and may sell, license or transfer the Photography or the Exploitation Rights to any third party. Event Partners will try to ensure that attendees are aware that they have been photographed or filmed, however, because of the nature of TCCCE, this may not always be possible.

Event Partners and any Professional Photographer and any other person to whom they may have granted a license to or sold the Photography or Exploitation Rights may edit or alter Photography in any way which they deem appropriate.

By purchasing tickets for TCCCE, you:

• grant Event Partners and any Professional Photographer and any person deriving title therefrom permission to use any Photography of yourself for the purposes described above and you do not object to any such person storing copies of such Photography; and
• waive all and any moral rights which you may be entitled to under the Copyright Design and Patents Act 1988 or similar legislation.
